the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, sun terrace and garden area were all appealing and exclusive. the room advantages provided a spacious and well-equipped space with stunning views.

There was only one minor issue I encountered at this hotel. the restaurant was quite expensive, which may be an inconvenience for travelers on a budget.

Great hotel experience! the location was perfect for a Christmas getaway, with lots of shopping and dining options nearby. the room was clean and comfortable, and came with free Wi-Fi and an incredible view of the city. the restaurant served delicious food and had a great selection of dishes to choose from. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also enjoyed the hotel amenities, especially the pool and gym.

The air conditioning system in the room was difficult to control, leading to some discomfort during the warmer days. It would have been nice to have individual temperature control in each room.

This hotel is well-situated, with easy access to the Macau-Gongbei border crossing and within walking distance of the New Ming palace. There are also many great bars in the area. the rooms are tastefully decorated and the bathrooms are clean. the breakfast buffet has a good selection of food. Some room perks include a rain shower and comfortable bed.

Sadly, the staff is not always attentive to guests' complaints.

Amazing Staycation Experience!

We recently stayed at a hotel for a city break and were blown away by the level of service and the cleanliness of the hotel. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the shopping and dining district. The room was immaculate, and the amenities offered were top-notch. The bed was so comfortable, and the hotel's view was breathtaking. Our favorite part of the hotel was the restaurant and the excellent variety of dishes available to choose from. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to go back!

Although our stay was overall amazing, the only downside was the overheating issue with the hairdryer. It would have been more convenient if the hotel provided an alternative hairdryer that didn't overheat quickly.

I loved the hotel's fantastic location, just a short walk to a mall with a great selection of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was also delicious, especially the Chinese food served in the hotel restaurant. The staff were helpful and polite, always willing to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the hotel facilities were clean and modern, making my experience all the more enjoyable.

Everything was spot on.
